Hertz was good. My main issue was it is a long walk to the car lot and I noticed damage and had to walk all the way back due to no one at booth in the lot. That was annoying.

All the stars for my review are for the staff that was working around 4pm on June 2nd, 2023. I arrived and they informed me they were out of automatic cars even though that’s what I’d reserved. I can’t drive a manual (and they don’t want me learning on their cars for sure!) and the man helping me was so apologetic. He helped me figure out a solution and I’m so grateful that he was so nice and it all worked out in the end.
