If you would like to use your vehicle for longer than originally booked, you can use our online tool to extend the rental duration. Alternatively, let our staff know when you pick up your vehicle or contact the branch once you are on the road to arrange for additional days.

If you are renting one of our vehicles abroad, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the local driving and road regulations for that Country. You may find some useful information here.

If you have any problems with your rental car please call our breakdown assistance. You will find contact details within your rental wallet and on your key fob. Alternatively call the branch you picked up your car from (the number is available on your booking confirmation).

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all road tolls and any fines or breaches of traffic regulations during your rental. Any costs incurred will be charged to you plus an administration fee for our time dealing with the issue. See here for further information.
