- Hertz counters present at Terminals 1 and 4 -- (T4) In Terminal 4 there is one counter in the Arrivals Hall. Distance between T4 and T1/T2 is 4-5 km. A shuttle service operates between T4 and T1/T2 every 2 minutes.
- Flight number mandatory. Walk-ins and customers without flight number, please go to Terminal 4.
- *(T1) Please go to the counter inside the building; *(T2, T3) Customers arriving at T2 and T3 must go to T1 to pick up the car; *(T4) There is only one counter which is located in arrivals area.
- During the summer, Mo-Sa 0001-0300 all customers must go to Terminal 1.
