- Leave the Hertz car park and head northeast onto Bessemer Road towards Ninian Park Station.
- Turn right onto Sloper Road, a left onto Virgil Street, and then continue onto Cornwall Street.
- Turn left onto Clare Road/A4119 and take the second exit at the roundabout before turning right onto Cowbridge Road East/A4161.
- Follow the A4161 for 0.4 miles to arrive at Cardiff Castle (on your left).
