It only takes around 45 minutes from our Ferry Hinskey Road pick-up location to the nearest IKEA, in Reading. The nearest IKEA to Oxford is situated in Milton Keyes. Follow Botley Road and North Hinskey Road, then turn onto the A34, following for around 19 miles. Exit onto the M4 and stay on for 11 miles, before taking Junction 11 onto Pincents Lane to arrive.
Much of Oxford University’s study halls and residential buildings are scattered across the city, but the main campus is less than 10 minutes from our collection point. Follow Osney Mead and turn right on to Botley Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit on to Hythe Bridge Street and turn left on to St John Street. Follow Wellington Square to the university.
Oxford International Airport is used mainly for business travel. To reach it, take Osney Mead and Botley Road west from our location, then use the 3rd exit at Botley Interchange. Follow the A34 until the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit on to the A44. After one mile, turn right onto Langford Lane to the airport.
It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Oxford B&Q, letting you conveniently pick up all of the DIY utensils you need when moving home. Follow Osney Mead and turn right on Botley Road. Continue on West Way and turn right into Seacourt Tower Retail Park, where you’ll find the local B&Q.
