- The A67 runs through south Eindhoven connecting the Belgium border to the German border, close to the Dutch city of Venlo.
- The A2 runsto the west of Eindhoven and connects Amsterdam in the north with Maastricht in the south. It's one of the busiest motorways in the country.
- The A50 is a motorway running from Eindhoven, north to the province of Gelderland - near the city of Zwolle.
How to get from Eindhoven to Amsterdam
It takes around an hour and a half to drive the 120km from Eindhoven to Amsterdam.
- Leave the car hire car park at Eindhoven Airport (Luchthavenweg 13 B, 5657 AE Eindhoven)
- Join the N2 from Marinus van Meelweg to Flight Forum and Anthony Fokkerweg.
- Then take A2 north, crossing the Amstel River, and continue on the S110.
- Finally turn right over Torontobrug and then left onto the S112 into the centre of Amsterdam.
How to get from Eindhoven to Rotterdam
Rotterdam is just under a 90-minute drive from Eindhoven.
- Join the N2 from Marinus van Meelweg to Flight Forum and Anthony Fokkerweg.
- Then merge onto the A58 heading west until you see the exit for A16 north.
- Next, turn left onto the S107 and then right onto the S100 to arrive in the centre of Amsterdam.
