Four fun adventures for October half term

It feels like school has only just gone back and the half term break is already upon us. If you’re still looking for something to do with the kids, we’ve found four fun family-friendly outings for you. All ideal to experience in the autumn weather.

Unleash their imagination at Legoland, where there are a multitude of rides to enjoy, as well as the opportunity to go crazy with Lego and build their own creations. Just in time for half term, there is Halloween themed excitement taking place, including the return of the Brick or Treat trail.

Every full paying child gets a free pumpkin (perfect for pumpkin carving ahead of Halloween), with a host of other fun activities and entertainment planned. Explore the Mysterious Maize Challenge, dress up for the chance to be crowned the Pumpkin King or Queen, and there’s even a tractor ride. Based on a working farm, you can also pay a visit to the Animal Barns, and if you’re really lucky, you might get the chance to witness piglets being born.
