There are three terminals at Charles de Gaulle and Terminal 2 has seven sub-terminals (2A to 2G) – this is where you need to return your Hertz vehicle to.

When you return your vehicle, if it’s out of hours (between 06:00 and 00:00) a return key box is available at T1 and T2D and 2F. Van returns are available only on terminals 2D and 2F. Foreigners that have been living in France for more than a year will need to present a national driver's license issued in France or any other European Union country, as well as a valid passport or European Union identity card.
Driver's licences issued by the People's Republic of China/ Japan/ Korea may be accepted provided you present an official Hertz Certification form. Hertz China/ Japan/ Korea will issue this form on Hertz notepaper and will incorporate the Hertz China/ Japan/ Korea Corporate seal. A scanned copy of the original licence will appear on the Certification form. The Certification form is valid until the expiry date of the Driver's Licence. A one way rental is a rental which starts at one location and terminates at another. Availability is subject to location restrictions and vehicle type. A fee may apply for this service and will be advised at time of reservation.

Petrol / Diesel vehicles:
If you refill the fuel tank, please do so within 15km of where you return the vehicle, and keep your receipt as you will need to present it to our team.
If you do not take our Fuel Purchase Option (FPO) – see Fuel Policy for details - and do not return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, we will fill the tank for you and charge you for the costs we incur and the service we provide in doing so. Our costs include purchasing, storing and managing our own fuel supplies, or refilling the tank off site, plus manpower and administration costs. Our service, of course, saves you from taking the time to find a local fuel station and refilling the vehicle yourself. The refuelling charge for your rental will be calculated as follows:
