Terms and Conditions:

  • The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
  • Five winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 1 September 2017 ("Draw Date").
  • Each winner will be contacted on the Draw Date using the phone number on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or if there is incorrect or insufficient information to make contact with the winner, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
  • Prize is entry only and all travel and additional costs are borne by the winner.
  • There will be five winners. Tickets will be sent to each winner via registered mail within 5 days of being notified of it and must be signed for.
  • To be eligible for the competition, entrants must complete the entry form above.
  • The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31 August 2017. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  • Hertz accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Hertz reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Hertz reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or revise these terms and conditions at any times without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any such revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  • The decision of Hertz regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, Hertz, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Hertz, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
