Good price to rent a Luton Van, but had to wait 40 minutes to collect. There were no other customers so the delay was unwarranted. When I alluded to me being delayed and saying I’ll return the van based on the time I take it, staff were quick to correct me on how long I had “actually” been waiting, which was 30 minutes at the time. They didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. They wanted to take a £200 refundable amount from my account in case anything. I find out later when checking my bank statement that they actually took £348. It’s now been 5 days and I still don’t have my money back. I will use them again because of the price, but I will be more prepared for a poor collection experience. Read more
