The Hertz Palma de Mallorca Airport car hire desk is located in the Arrivals Hall on the ground floor of the Passenger Terminal. Simply leave Baggage Reclaim and head to Exit C located in the middle of the Arrivals Hall. To the left of the exit, you’ll see the Hertz car hire desk.
There are four main terminals – A for Domestic flights and B, C and D for International flights. These are all connected and accessible by walkways. No matter which terminal you exit from, you can follow the signs and locate the car hire desk.
Once you’ve arranged your Palma de Mallorca Airport car hire at our desk, make your way to the car rental parking area. This is located on Level 0 and Level 1 in the airport’s General Parking building, right in front of the Passenger Terminal.

- Head east on Carretera de l'Aeroport.
- Follow signs towards Disseminat Aeropuerto son Sant Joan.
