We rented car from Hertz via Rentalcars(dot)com. We ordered Toyota RAVA automatic for 5 days and we got good price included full insurance coverage. Before we arrived in Oslo, I read all reviews of Hertz Oslo and became worried. But, it didn't happen. During collection and returning, Hertz staffs were really nice and helpful. He explained everything about deposit, returning, existing damage, where to find the car, and so on. We got completely the same car as we ordered, clean and in good condition. No issue at all with the car during our trip to snowy and mountain area. Returning the car was also easy to Dronning Eufemias gate 6 (make sure to take the right entrance which going down, this is the free access for returning Hertz rental car). A bit an issue with signal at -2 floor to access Hertz web to take photo evidences. Hertz staff told us indeed sometimes signal was weak and he said no problem to take normal photos. Everything was fine. Our deposit was returned less than 5 days after deducted for reasonable toll fee. We are very satisfied with our experience with Hertz Oslo and Rentalcars(dot)com. Note: always take photos of car condition during collection and returning including fuel level as precautions ????
