Shepparton is in the Victoria region of Australia, and approximately 18km from Melbourne. It is the location of one of the largest irrigation centres in Australia. Shepparton is on the Midland and Goulburn Valley Highways, so it's easy to get out into the surrounding area. Only a few kilometres away is the Billabong Ranch and Fun Park, which has just about everything you need to keep you entertained for the day, including mini golf, rock climbing, archery for kids (and possibly parents if you ask nicely), table tennis, volleyball and outdoor ten pin bowling, around 50 kilometres away is the Emerald Bank Adventure Park, which is a replica 1930s farm, complete with hay cart rides.
