We work with an extensive network of approved MOT partners across London, so you can choose a location that’s convenient for you.

• When your MOT is due, we’ll send you a link to book your vehicle in
• You can select a date, time, and approved location that suits you
• The cost of the MOT is covered by Hertz
• MOTs must be completed at Hertz-approved centres only

24/7 breakdown assistance is included.

If you miss a payment, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.

• If payments are missed and you haven’t been in touch, we reserve the right to take further action, which may include immobilising the vehicle
• Continued missed payments may result in contract termination, in line with your Rent2Buy® agreement
