  • 1. What is the Vehicle License Fee (VLF)?
    Vehicle License Fee / Road Tax (VLF) is a mandatory charge that applies to all rentals in the United Kingdom (except for Jersey and Guernsey).
  • 2. Are there any mileage restrictions?
    Our standard allowance is 2,000 miles every 28 days, although we are always willing to discuss requirements outside of this.
  • 3. Can I choose the car that I want?
    There are many different models available in our fleet per car group. We will always aim to accommodate preferences where possible.
  • 4. Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?
    Yes that’s possible.
  • 5. How long does it take for you to provide me with a vehicle?
    The majority of vehicles are available within 24 hours.
  • 6. How can I pay for my rentals?
    You are able to pay with any accepted credit card or Visa debit card. Companies can apply for a Company Business account.
  • 7. How long do I have to tie myself in for?
    The minimum rental period with us is only 28 days which gives you great flexibility.
  • 8. Can I change the car if I don't like it?
    Yes - We will always try and accommodate personal preferences so please contact your rental location if you require a vehicle change.
