We’re on the left as you exit St. Pancras International. Head out of the main building towards Kings Cross station and turn left. Our office is less than a minute down the road, by the station’s main car park.

Navigating St. Pancras International is relatively straightforward, with clear signposts for exits, platforms and other rail services like London’s Underground network or the Eurostar.

•     Stay on Aldwych until the roundabout, taking the 1^st exit onto Whitehall/A3212.
•     Stay in the right land to join Parliament Square/A302/A3212.
•     Stay to join Broad Sanctuary, following the road to Victoria Street.
•     Take the right onto B323, heading northwards towards Buckingham Palace.

Where to return your hire car

Just drop off your car where you got it from, the Hertz pickup office at St. Pancras International. There is the option of returning your vehicle to one of our other London centres. If you plan to do this, let us know when you book your vehicle. There may sometimes be an additional charge for drop-offs at different locations.

What to do when you return your hire car

Ready to return your car hire? You’ll need to take a few steps to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day:

• Fill the tank. You’ll need to refill the tank to full before returning it. We do charge for vehicles returned without a full tank.
• Ensure you return your car by the agreed time on your booking confirmation. Cars returned after this time could be subject to an additional full day’s rental charge.

When you drop your car off, we’ll need to give it a quick inspection for damage to make sure it’s still in the condition you rented it in. We’ll check the vehicle over for bumps, scrapes and scratches. You could be charged if the vehicle is not returned in the same condition.

Once we’re happy, you can hand over the keys and catch your train.

Pre-paying online is the best way to secure a cheaper rate. Alternatively, we can charge a deposit to your card on the day you collect your hire car, charging the remainder on the day you return it.

Much of St. Pancras International is wheelchair accessible, with boarding ramps to all platforms. There is also step-free access to the London Underground and Kings Cross Station.

A one-way system links St. Pancras International with London Paddington. You can reach the nearby station in a little over 15 minutes. Just follow the one-way route to the A501 and head westwards towards West Marylebone Road.
