Mölle is a small village near the end of the Kulla Peninsula in the extreme southern Swedish province of Skåne. It is the last settlement heading out westwards to the rocky point of the peninsular and the closest community to the renowned Kullaberg Nature Reserve. Mölle's little fishing harbour faces the Kattegat Strait between Sweden and Denmark. Tourist boats also leave from here for sightseeing and wildlife spotting trips along some of Sweden's most impressive seashores. If you hire a car in Molle you'll find all the roads lead east.
Mölle has a shingle beach and rocky shoreline with no industry to cause pollution. It shares some of the wildlife proliferation from the nearby Kullaberg Nature Reserve, like sea birds and wildflowers. The harbour is the local centre of shopping, eating and socializing. The pretty wooden houses are scattered on the steep slopes leading down to the sea and footpaths lead up the hill towards the woods of the Kullaberg Reserve. The views from the hill are memorable. Visitors often head to the Kullen lighthouse with car hire in Mölle, which is Sweden's brightest, or to 'Nimis', the quirky driftwood 'castle' built by an eccentric artist.
