Rented a polestar 2, given to me at 80% so an absolute nightmare to give back charged to same. Hung on to the deposit for over a month as they didn't properly revert it. Customer "service" is an email address they do answer from, when they feel like it, but take days to get back to you. Avoid. Never had an issue with the other on airport rental companies and I rent a car from BHX about once a quarter. So ended up doing the exact same thing on a subsequent trip. This time they explained the little fob they give you for Shell charging points and I purchased the recharge thing (as in drop it back empty). This time though it was marked as being charged to 80% and was actually 75% which meant (with an abundance of caution) I had to charge it on my way back to BHX. On a happier note I used my debit card this time and the funds were released in less that a week. Read more
