General Terms and Conditions
This Offer is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• “Hertz” is Hertz Europe Limited of 11 Vine Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1QE, United Kingdom.
• Only direct recipients of the email from Hertz with the link to the Offers, who are current Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members, are eligible to participate in the Offers (“Participants”).
• Participant must have selected to earn Gold Plus Rewards points in their profile.
• “Qualifying Rental” is a passenger vehicle rental, with a minimum of 1 day and no longer than 28 days in duration, at a Participating Location booked through your Hertz Gold Profile that will commence and conclude within the Offer Period, for the amount of at least $25 (excluding any ancillary services or products). Your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards member number must be on your reservation. Standard rental qualifications and restrictions apply.
• “Participating Location” is any Hertz location in the following countries: United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Australia, New Zealand.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Hertz reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offers without prior notice.
• The Offers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or credit alternative is offered. In the event that either or both of the Offers are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Hertz reserves the right to offer an alternative benefit of equal or greater value.

Points Offer Terms and Conditions

• Points Offer will run from 11 February 2019 and 25 February 2019 (“Points Offer Period”).
• To benefit from the Points Offer, a Participant must:
• Book with PC 205030 during the Points Offer Period; and
• make one Qualifying Rental during the Points Offer Period.
• Points Offer: Participants will receive 800 Bonus Points on their first Qualifying Rental during the Offer Period following registration for the Points Offer. This “Bonus Points” can only be earned once.
• “Bonus Points" means you will receive a bonus amount of Hertz Gold Plus Rewards points in addition the number of basic points earned on your Qualifying Rentals.
• Bonus Points shall be added to your account up to six (6) weeks after conclusion of each Qualifying Rental.
• Bonus Points shall not be awarded on rentals accruing other frequent traveller points.

Personal Data

• Hertz is committed to protecting Participants’ privacy. Any personal information supplied by Participants will be used and processed by Hertz or its associated group companies solely for the purpose of administering the Offer and for marketing purposes.
• Privacy Policy. Personal data supplied during the course of this Offer may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Offer.
• The personal data provided is held securely and may be transferred on a secure server outside the EEA.
• You will be contacted by Hertz for the purposes of administrating the Offer or in the event that Hertz wishes to discuss any other use of the information submitted to the Offer.
• Hertz reserves the right to publish the name and location of the participant or to publicise any benefit giving presentation after the date of the Offer. Participants may be required to participate in publicity related to the Offer which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
• Disclaimer
• Hertz reserves the right to void the Offer at any time and change these terms and conditions.
• Hertz reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any benefit if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Offer.
• Hertz shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this Offer. However, nothing in these terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Hertz’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.
• In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the Offer, the decision of the Directors of Hertz is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Law and Jurisdiction

• The Offer will be governed by English law and entrants to the Offer submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
