Delivery & Collection
Our new Delivery & Collection service is now available to all Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members*.
At an additional cost of only £25 each way, we will deliver your car directly to you and pick it up at the end of your reservation*. Your safety is our priority.

Simply book from one of the above locations as a Gold Plus Rewards member and telephone the location to arrange your delivery &/or collection.

Terms & Conditions:
- Hertz will Deliver & Collect the vehicle from your home address or an address of your choice, within 10 miles of the Hertz branch at a cost of only £25 each way. You can request only delivery or collection.
- This service is only available to Gold Plus Rewards members excluding first-time Gold in participating locations, subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.
- To add the reservation to your booking you just need to call the Hertz branch to organise. Please have your reservation number ready.
- The fee for this service will be charged with your final invoice. Any additional ‘Available at pick-up’ or ‘Pay at location’ products which cannot be purchased online must also be requested and booked when calling the branch.
- This service is only available for addresses within 10 miles of the Hertz branch. The customer must always be present with a valid driving licence upon our arrival with the vehicle and at the time of the vehicle collection.
- In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the agreed delivery or collection time, please call the Hertz branch. The Hertz branch will contact you at least 24 hours in advance of the agreed delivery or collection time if any changes to this time are required.
