Renter not driving is not allowed on cash rentals.

Additional drivers are possible with a fee of € 16.10 (including tax) per day, € 96.63 (including tax) per week with a maximum of € 161.05 (including tax) per rental for each additional driver.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement at any Hertz branch within the country where the vehicle was rented.
