New College is another of Oxford University’s largest colleges, home to almost 800 students. Situated in an idyllic setting near the centre of Oxford, many of the college’s main structures were built shortly after its foundation in 1379. Over the centuries the New College has vastly expanded but its 14th Century structures retain their appeal. Non-more so than the college cloisters which feature in an iconic face-off between Harry Potter and Malfoy in The Goblet of Fire. New College is open to the public at just £4 for adults and £3 for concessions.
