Rodley's old sewage works are now part of Rodley Nature Reserve in West Yorkshire, where you'll find that the former processing plant has been turned into an inspiring wetland nature reserve on the banks of the River Aire. Explore Rodley reserve to find rare plants, and plenty of dragonflies, frogs, toads and newts. It's a scenic place to spot migrating birds too: many waders and waterfowl use it as a stopover on their seasonal travels. Forget the sewage works, it's easy to visit Rodley Nature Reserve now - you'll even find a free car park and a visitor centre on the site.
