Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum has provided a unique educational experience to visitors for well over 100 years, having opened in 1901. Boasting collections of national and international significance, Kelvingrove's many displays and exhibits cover the arts, history, and archaeology under one roof. Not only is the gallery and museum home to a considerable amount of arms and armour bequeathed from major private collections, it's also where you'll find Salvador Dali's most famous painted work, Christ of Saint John of the Cross. Situated on the River Kelvin, it's a highlight of Glasgow's cultural map - and with free entry to boot, you're sure to discover something amazing here.
