Glasgow

In its bid to bring new, unique and inspiring ways to teaching physics, chemistry and biology, Glasgow Science Centre has won critical acclaim since opening its doors in 2001. The two acre grounds offer plenty to keep visitors of all ages occupied for hours, with both indoor and outdoor activities available. To see some real life experiments in action, The Science Show Theatre enthralls its audience with its mind-boggling creations and jaw-dropping explosions - all undertaken by professionals, of course. Glasgow Science Centre also has its very own IMAX cinema, alongside exhibits based around space exploration, the deepest depths of the sea and how the earth looked when dinosaurs roamed the land.
