The Experience

What’s it like to drive a Renault Megane E-Tech?

THE PERFORMANCE

The Renault Megane E-Tech drives just as well in a busy city as it does on a winding country road. With multiple settings for performance, including eco-mode and brake energy recovery, you can choose how you want to drive. Regardless, the driving experience of your hired Renault Megane E-Tech is smooth and simple. Tight turning circles, a light weight and a 220hp motor mean it’s easy to adjust to any speed or road you come across.

THE CAPACITY

Up front in the Megane’s cabin you can find an assortment of useful storage areas, and places for your belongings. An additional touch is the door bins which have been felt lined, so anything you put inside doesn’t rattle. The boot is equally generous on space and offers 440 litres of storage. With a built-in gap under the boot floor for your charging cable, there’s plenty of room for everything you’ve brought, and then some.

THE LOOK

It’s hard to look at this car and not be impressed. With a sleek outline that creates a distinctive silhouette, this car looks good from every angle. Inside isn’t much different either. With a range of recycled materials and a two-spoke steering wheel there’s a sense of fusion that simply clicks.

THE EXTRAS

Designed for convenience, you’ll find a range of extras when you hire your Renault Megane E-Tech. Things like wireless connectivity, heated seats, parking assistance and lane-keeping assistance all work together to create a smoother journey. Customisability is another big feature, with options to change things like the ambient lighting, or even the noise the parking sensors make.

THE DISPLAY

The Renault Megane E-Tech you hire will come with two interior screens. Twinned with Google technology, you’ll also get access to the Google assistant which can help with navigation. The display in front of the driver provides a useful array of information without overloading the user. Even still, if you find you’re looking at too much or too little, you’re able to change the display to your preferences.
