Very impressed, through arrivals you come straight to the hire car desks. The lady working behind the desk was most helpful and inviting. We soon had the keys to the car and we’re given very helpful information on if we had any problems or where to return the car afterwards. All the cars are Ford as Hertz are part of Trust Ford on Jersey so if you’re used to fords you all good! We paid for the medium car and got a fiesta ST 1 year old that was just great for the small roads of jersey and it had a superb built in Satnav and apple car play. After seeing the hire car park I am pleased we went with Hertz as they definitely had the best fleet all fairly new and smart. We had a puncture and after calling up and speaking to the same lady that got us up and running a team of two hertz people were with us in under 20 mins and the tyre was changed in under 2 mins! What a great hire company and they are just great for a holiday trip to Jersey. We will definitely go straight back to you without a second thought. Read more
