Terms and Conditions

The prize consists of a full day at the Silverstone race track for 2 people in the company of a race-certified instructor, as well as return flights from a suitable European airport, 2 nights accommodation in a 4* hotel including breakfast daily plus evening meals on both nights. The prize is worth up to €1895. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with products of a similar type and value. The closing date is 31st October 2010 and the winner will be notified by 18th November 2010. Prize to be taken by 30th April 2011, though the prize is only available on specific dates. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays. To enter simply provide details as requested. Maximum one entry per person – multiple entries will be removed prior to the winner being selected. Entry to the prize draw is dependent on participant having enrolled into the Hertz #1 Club membership programme. The email address provided will only be used to contact the winners for the purpose of the prize draw. Employees of Hertz and any associated group companies, prize sponsor and/or agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The name of the winners will be available by writing to the Hertz #1 Club Membership Department at the promoter's address below, enclosing a self addressed stamped envelope.
