• Booking period: 1st February 2011 - 21st February 2011
• Pick up period: 1st February 2011 - 31st March 2011
• Destination countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK
• Minimum rental: 3 days minimum rental with a Saturday night keep
• Applicable car groups: Mini, Economy, Compact and Intermediate. Conditions Apply within certain countries.

 

How does it work
1. Book your car hire direct with Hertz
2. Print your Confirmation Page making sure that the Promotion Coupon (PC) is displayed (The Confirmation Page is the last step of the booking process)
3. Produce your Confirmation Page print out at the Hertz counter
4. Enjoy your 1 class car upgrade or additional driver compliments of Hertz

 

Remember, only booking direct with Hertz will ensure an upgrade in class.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer only available for bookings made on the Hertz direct website quoting the offer PC number.
• Original offer voucher as retrieved from the official Hertz website must be presented and surrendered to the Hertz representative at the time of rental.
• No photocopies will be accepted.
• Failure to present and surrender this voucher at the rental location will result in the full charge for the class of vehicle rented being applied to the invoice.
• Offer available at participating locations in Europe.
• Offer is subject to availability on the day and is at the discretion of the renting location.
• Offer only applies to standard collection vehicles (Prestige, Fun and Green collection vehicles are excluded from the offer).
• Minimum 3 day keep required with Saturday night keep.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional offer. Should an upgrade not be available then one free additional driver will be applied to the rental (the upgrade and additional driver offer cannot be combined).
• All rentals are subject to Hertz standard terms and conditions.
• This voucher is not valid where prohibited by law.

• Customer will receive a one car class upgrade when reserving a Mini group through to a Compact group Vehicle. The highest obtainable upgrade is to an Intermediate vehicle.
• UK & Germany - Maximum Upgrade is to a Compact vehicle.
• Italy - Only upgrade available is from group B to B6, group B6 to C, & group C to C6.
• Spain mainland - Only upgrade available is from group A (Mini) to A6 (Economy), & group A6 to B (Economy Air-Con).
• France - Only upgrades available are from group B (Economy) to C (Compact), & group C (Compact) to D (Intermediate). Reservations made on group A are not upgradable.
• Switzerland - Reservations made on group J are not upgradable.
• Netherlands - Automatic vehicle groups and 'special' car groups are excluded.
