Terms & Conditions

  • You must be a Leading Courses Premium member to benefit from this offer.
  • To receive the benefits associated with Hertz Presidents Circle, your Hertz Gold membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
  • Complimentary Hertz membership of President’s Circle is valid for a period of 18 months, after which time members who have not rented will be downgraded to Five Star status.
  • If your Premium member status with Leading Courses is downgraded or terminated, you will no longer be eligible for membership of President’s Circle and you will be downgraded to Gold Plus Rewards status.
  • This discount is only valid at participating Hertz locations and is subject to availability.
  • The discount applies to base rate quoted (excluding taxes and any other charges). It does not apply to affiliated rates or rates that are already discounted. Discount does not apply to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft protection (TP) (unless included in the base rate), Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF), any surcharges (including but not limited to location surcharge or Young Driver Surcharge), taxes or any additional charges and optional extras such as excess waivers (SuperCover), Personal Insurance, snow/chains/tyres, child seats, GPS and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
  • Free rental days cover base rate (time and mileage) only. Taxes, optional extras and any other fees are excluded.
  • Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Terms and Conditions President’s Circle Terms and Conditions apply. 
  • Guaranteed one-car-class upgrade is available with a minimum 48 hour advanced reservation. Car class upgrades are subject to availability. 
  • You can skip the counter once your membership is activated, after your first rental. Available at selected locations only.
  • Free additional driver is available for spouse or domestic partner only.
  • Offer is valid for rentals booked via this site.
  • Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 
  • The driver must present a valid credit card and driver's license at pick up.

  • Vehicle must be returned to location of rental, if not a one-way charge will be applied if returned to a different location, for details, please check at location during vehicle pick up.
  • Leisure minimum rental age is 21 years
