Hertz #1 Club is closing on November 30th 2012. However, existing Hertz #1 Club members can upgrade to Hertz #1 Club Gold for free – just login to your profile for details.
Effective immediately, Hertz is offering all #1 Club members globally fee-waived membership of Gold with access to Hertz Gold Plus Rewards service. With Gold service there is no more waiting at the counter. You just pick up your keys and go!
In addition, members who accept Gold Plus Rewards’ earn one point for every qualifying US dollar or its equivalent spent at participating locations, redeemable towards reward days or weeks and more. #1 Club Members enrolled prior to November 30th 2012, will have until May 31st 2013 to upgrade their membership status to Gold with Gold Plus Rewards to retain their current points’ balance and continue earning and redeeming points.
